Our Project Management role is geared towards the delivery of a project within its specific programme, budget and quality constraints. We add value to the development process by applying the right mix of construction knowledge and inter-personal skills to ensure that the various disciplines of the project team work together to achieve the Client’s brief.

· Overseeing planning, building control, party wall and third party approval processes

· Co-ordinating tender documentation production
