Established in 2005, Northburn Associates Ltd is a Construction Consultancy providing its Clients with services for all aspects of their projects from inception through to completion and defects. The company continues to offer support to both existing and new clients.
Drawing on over 30 years experience across a wide variety of sectors within the industry, we recognise that Clients require a management service that ensures their expectations are not only achieved but exceeded. Our approach is that we will contribute project specific solutions to manage each Client’s requirements, whether Developer, Landlord or Tenant, rather than impose unsuitable, inflexible methodologies.
We have a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to specified commercial constraints, through the efficient management of processes and people. We have strong interpersonal skills, whilst being versatile and commercially aware.
Our focus is on private residential properties both within and outside of the M25 but we have also successfully completed projects in the retail, educational and commercial sectors.
